Highlights - Mid-term evaluation of the LIFE programme - Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety 20-03-2018 05:41 PM CET On 27 March, the ENVI Committee will vote on the above motion for a resolution (MfR). The MfR underlines the report's lack of elements for an appropriate assessment of the LIFE programme. It also considers that while the programme plays a relevant role in the implementation of environmental policy, it still needs new, effective mechanisms to ensure a more equitable distribution and greater effectiveness of LIFE funds.
