NLM Technical Bulletin, Mar-Apr 2018, Format Change for MeSH-MARC and NLM Bibliographic Record Distribution 04/09/2018 09:32 AM EDT Beginning June 1, 2018, the National Library of Medicine (NLM) plans to start distributing MeSH-MARC files in UTF-8 rather than MARC-8 format. We also plan to begin distributing NLM bibliographic records in UTF-8 later this year.   This service is provided to you at no charge by the NLM Office Of Communication and Public Liaison.
