We recently welcomed 11 D.C. area high school students to FDA's main campus in Silver Spring for six weeks – from June 26 to August 4. The group included students with a variety of backgrounds and experiences, including some who are part of a STEM – Science, Technology, Engineering and Math – program at their schools and two who are cancer survivors interested in biomedical careers.
