BREAKING: In blow to Obamacare, White House announces it is ending cost-sharing health subsidies that help low-income patients

  The White House said in a statement Thursday night that "there is no appropriation for cost-sharing reduction payments to insurance companies under Obamacare" and that it cannot lawfully make the payments. The action is likely to trigger a lawsuit from state attorneys general.
