Welcome to the latest edition of the monthly PHE Statistics bulletin. PHE Statistics is a summary of the latest official statistics releases published by PHE, arranged by topic. The bulletin will also feature any recent ad hoc statistical publications. Official statistics publications by topic General public health Local Health: October 2017 update The 2017 annual update of Local Health, Public Health England's primary display and reporting tool for small area data has been published.  Local Health allows users to map data and generate spine charts and reports for middle super output areas (MSOAs) and electoral wards. The tool also provides data for clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), local authorities, and England as a whole.  This 2017 update includes: 50 indicators updated with data for the latest available time period and the latest available boundaries 14 indicators that have been re-modelled to the latest boundaries an update of wards to 2016 boundaries and of CCGs to 2017 boundaries. This includes those indicators for which more recent data is not available in this update.
