If you have trouble reading this message, view it in a browser.       Breaking News                   August 15, 2016 | Updated 11:44 AM PT           Wildfire toll grows to 175 homes and businesses in Lake County     Entire blocks of homes were leveled. A small wine-making outfit, an antique shop and a Habitat for Humanity office were gone. Lower Lake High School, which was supposed to open for class this week, was still intact, but its sports fields were singed and most of the surrounding houses had burned.
