| President Trump ended his first day in office Friday by ordering all federal departments and agencies to find ways to "ease the burden" of President Obama's health care plan as Congress works to repeal and replace it. Vice President Pence also swore in Defense Secretary James Mattis and Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly. White House Chief Reince Priebus issued a government-wide "regulatory freeze," as Trump seeks to lift or change a series of federal rules in the weeks ahead.
