BREAKING: Trump calls intelligence briefing 'constructive'

  After meeting with leaders of the U.S. intelligence community, President-elect Donald Trump said there was no proof that Russia, China or another country had skewed the tabulation of votes on Nov. 8. He did not, however, comment on whether he believed the intelligence community's findings that Russia had hacked into the emails of the Democratic National Committee or released them to WikiLeaks.
