BREAKING: House Intelligence Committee issues subpoenas in Russia probe

  The House Intelligence Committee approved subpoenas Wednesday for testimony, documents and business records from former national security adviser Michael Flynn and President Trump's personal attorney, Michael Cohen, as part of the panel's investigation into Russian interference in the presidential election and possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian officials. The subpoenas are evidence of a ramped-up and expanding investigation in Congress; the House and Senate Intelligence panels are the dominant committees leading the congressional probes.
