| President Trump urged leaders of Muslim countries to stand up against what he called "Islamist extremism" on Sunday, adopting a tough stance on terror that nonetheless attempts to soften the anti-Muslim rhetoric of his campaign for president. In his address to the Arab-Islamic American Summit in Riyadh, Trump vowed to "strengthen America's oldest friendships, and to seek new partners in pursuit of peace."
