| Throughout the years, Interior has forged a deep bond with veterans and the military -- from the Buffalo Soldiers who were early caretakers of Yosemite and Sequoia to the Native Americans and Alaska Natives who serve in the armed forces to the national memorials, battlefields and cemeteries that help us remember those who have served and sacrificed for our nation.
