BREAKING: Fiat Chrysler shares plunge 13% on reports EPA to accuse automaker of cheating emissions standards

  The Environmental Protection Agency has scheduled a news conference for 11 a.m. ET. today. The Associated Press is reporting the U.S. government is accusing Fiat Chrysler of violating the Clean Air Act on some of its diesel engines, citing unnamed sources.
