  A juror's disparaging remarks about Mexicans during private deliberations may be enough to vacate a guilty verdict, Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote. A majority of justices said a Colorado man accused of sexual battery may deserve a new trial because a juror made discriminatory comment. Three conservative justices dissented.
