BREAKING: Fed raises its key interest rate another quarter point and signals another hike this year

  The Federal Reserve lifted its benchmark rate to a range of 1% to 1.25% and left intact its forecast for a third increase in 2017 despite recent weakness in the economy and inflation. The Fed also announced a plan to begin reducing its $4.5 trillion asset portfolio.
