BREAKING: At least 16 dead after military aircraft crashes in Mississippi, authorities say

Mississippi Emergency Management Agency Director Lee Smithson said the plane crashed on the Sunflower-Leflore county line. Leflore County EMA Director Frank Randle confirmed the number of deaths.
