Dear Colleague, Registration now open: Development of learning from radiotherapy errors: national voluntary reporting workshop - Thursday 19 October 2017 - 09:30 to 16:30 - Birmingham - www.phe-events.org.uk/DOLFR17 Public Health England and the Patient Safety in Radiotherapy Steering Group are hosting a workshop on the application of new and amended taxonomies published in the "Development of learning from radiotherapy errors" in December 2016 and the national analysis of radiotherapy errors. We would like to take this opportunity to ask you to nominate a representative from your radiotherapy service with an active interest in this work to attend. Please note registration is free for this event. Please ensure you book your place at the workshop as soon as possible as spaces are limited and will be based on a first come, first served basis. If more than one member from your department would like to attend, please send an email to events@phe.gov.uk. Please complete your booking by Friday 15 September 2017. Registration and coffee will be from 09:00 to 09:25 and the will run from 09:30 to 16:30. The workshop will take place at Novotel Birmingham Centre, 70 Broad St, Birmingham B1 2HT.
