BREAKING: Hurricane Irma downgraded to Category 4 as it moves over the Camaguey Archipelago of Cuba

  The National Hurricane Center said early Saturday that Irma has maximum sustained winds of 155 mph, with the storm about 245 miles south-southeast of Miami.
