BREAKING: Hurricane watch issued for parts of South Florida as Irma roars toward U.S.

  The National Hurricane Center issued the watch from Jupiter Inlet southward and around the peninsula to Bonita Beach, including the Florida Keys, Lake Okeechobee, and Florida Bay. The storm, currently packing maximum sustained winds of 175 mph, could make landfall this weekend in the state.
