  In a "special and important" announcement on Sunday, North Korea's state-run media said the country successfully conducted a hydrogen bomb test. The announcement came hours after the reclusive nation claimed it had developed a hydrogen bomb that could be mounted on its new intercontinental ballistic missiles.
