The latest from NASA's Earth Observatory (3 October 2017)

Notes from the Field: Global Ocean Ship-based Hydrographic Investigations
Program (GO-SHIP)
In August 2017, NASA scientists boarded the R/V Nathaniel B. Palmer for an
expedition across the South Pacific Ocean. For more than 40 days, they
made optical measurements and collected ocean samples to figure out how
ocean ecosystems are responding to changes in the ocean and atmosphere.
