BREAKING: North Korea says it successfully launched a missile that 'can reach all of the mainland U.S.'

  North Korea announced Wednesday that it fired a Hwasong-15 intercontinental ballistic missile strong enough to reach the U.S. mainland, according to state-run Korean Central Television. Images from the state-run broadcaster showed North Korean leader Kim Jong Un signing the launch order for the test missile that splashed down into the Sea of Japan on Wednesday.
