A Spanish judge has ordered the arrest of deposed Catalan leader Carles Puigdemont and four members of his cabinet. The five are facing charges of rebellion for their part in Catalonia's independence campaign.
Bowe Bergdahl: Judge orders no prison time for US soldier in desertion case
