Summary – on 9 January 2018, the Procession of the Black Nazarene will take place in Manila and other locations across the country; road closures and high levels of pedestrian traffic will make travel in the downtown Manila area difficult and cell phone coverage is expected to be limited; you should take care in crowded places and follow the advice of the local authorities
