Breaking: In a retaliatory move, Russia expels 23 British diplomats amid tensions over nerve-agent attack on ex-spy

  Russia expelled 23 British diplomats on Saturday after Prime Minister Theresa May blamed Moscow for the poisoning of a former Russian spy. Earlier in the week, Britain ordered the expulsion of 23 Russian diplomats and canceled high-level bilateral contact with the Kremlin after Sergei Skripal, 66, and his daughter, Yulia, 33, were attacked in Salisbury, England, with a nerve agent.
