Standing at the base of Lotta's Fountain, mayors old and new joined top-ranking police and fire officials, history buffs and curious San Franciscans to remember the 1906 quake. Mayor Mark Farrell spoke, along with Fire Chief Joanne Hayes-White and Police Chief Bill Scott, and perpetual attendee and former Mayor Willie Brown took center stage while sporting a dapper long red coat.
