As a wet Hawaiian-style storm drenches Northern California Friday and Saturday, creeks and rivers are expected to swell and could cause minor flooding. One of the most impressive rises is expected on the Navarro River in Mendocino County, where the flow is forecast to increase 21 feet in 24 hours, likely reaching a peak of 24 feet on Saturday at 1 p.m.
