BREAKING: Acting attorney general orders Justice Department not to defend Trump's executive order on immigration, saying she is not convinced it is 'lawful'

  Acting Attorney General Sally Yates, an Obama appointee, ordered lawyers at the Justice Department not to present arguments defending President Trump's executive order suspending the U.S. refugee program and temporarily barring immigration from certain Muslim-majority nations. Yates said she is "not convinced" that the order is lawful.
