We're always looking for people to take part in user testing our website, its content and products.

We undertake a variety of testing such as online surveys, online tasks and face to face testing. You may receive an incentive payment for some testing sessions, there is no obligation to take part - we will email you to let you know when we have online testing available, or are testing in your local area. We also undertake research at specific organisations, so we will come to you where there are sufficient people interested in helping us.

If you're interested in taking part and want to help improve our website, please complete our survey.

If you work in a government department, a local authority, university, library or anywhere else that uses our information, please do get in touch

If you have signed up previously to take part, you do not need to resubmit your information.
