At 8 a.m. ET, the storm was located 85 miles west of Guadeloupe, moving west-northwest at about 9 mph with sustained winds of 160 mph. Late Monday, Maria ravaged the Caribbean island of Dominica, with the nation's prime minister reporting "widespread devastation."
