BREAKING: House Intelligence Committee will release Facebook ads purchased by Kremlin-linked groups

  Facebook has turned over about 3,000 ads to the committee as part of a probe of Russian efforts to influence the U.S. election in 2016. Rep. Mike Conaway, R-Texas, who is leading the panel's Russia investigation, said the committee will release the ads, but probably not before a Nov. 1 public hearing the committee is holding with executives from Facebook, Twitter and Google.
