This addendum updates Electronic Clinical Quality Measure value sets for the 2018 reporting period for Eligible Hospitals and Critical Access Hospitals and the performance period for Eligible Professionals and Eligible Clinicians.   This service is provided to you at no charge by the NLM Office Of Communication and Public Liaison.
