BREAKING: Police: Suspect arrested in Delaware after allegedly killing three people during Maryland shooting rampage

Prince, who police said has been arrested 42 times in Delaware alone, is accused of opening fire Wednesday at a Maryland granite supplier, leaving three dead and two others critically wounded. A manhunt spanning two states had been underway earlier in the day.
