Police have arrested a man who allegedly drove a pickup truck along a busy bicycle lane, killing eight people. The terror strike has claimed the lives of five Argentinean tourists as well as one German citizen.

A suspected airstrike by the Saudi-led coalition fighting Shiite Houthi rebels in Yemen killed at least 26 people at the market in Saada province. The coalition has denied intentionally targeting civilians in the past.

Migrants and refugees have threatened a hunger strike in Athens as a protest as they wait to reunite with family members in Germany. Family reunification can take months or years.
