Hearings - Women as agents of change in the Southern Partnership States – Hearing – 19.02.2018 - 19-02-2018 - Committee on Women's Rights and Gender Equality 13-02-2018 03:35 PM CET The Hearing aims at exploring in which ways women are and can be agents of change in the Southern Partnership States. It will also look into the specific difficulties that women face in these countries and how root-based organisations tackle them. The event will count with the participation of activists from the partner countries along with experts from regional networks devoted to support women's rights. The hearing will be a valuable input for a future own initiative report which rapporteur is Ms Maria Arena (S&D, Belgium).
