Breaking: Arizona halts Uber self-driving car tests after fatal crash

  Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey said in a letter to Uber's CEO that he was suspending tests on Arizona roads following the March 18 accident, which killed a pedestrian and raised questions over whether the technology was too new for testing on the public.
