Highlights - Europass - Committee on Culture and Education 06-03-2018 03:56 PM CET On Thursday 15 March, after a debate the day before, the Parliament will vote on a first reading agreement with the Council on a new Europass framework designed to make it easier for people to demonstrate their skills and to move around the EU. The agreement was supported by the Committees on Culture and Education and on Employment and Social Affairs in January.
