Highlights - State of play on US restrictions on steel and aluminium imports - exchange of views - Committee on International Trade 20-04-2018 01:33 PM CEST The temporary exemption from import tariffs for steel and aluminium which was granted to the EU will expire on the first of May. One week before the deadline INTA MEPs will have an exchange of views with the Commission on the ongoing talks with the US to obtain a permanent exemption from the tariffs.
