Representatives of national parliaments will participate in discussions on a future agriculture policy as a modernised, results based policy for sustainable growth, environmental protection, quality food, health and jobs, and on improving synergies in a multi-level governance process with strengthened subsidiarity. Revised Financial Regulation: joint committee vote BUDG - CONT - 20-04-2018 - 08:12 The Committees on Budgets and on Budgetary Control will vote on the outcome of the inter-institutional negotiations on the revision of the Financial Regulation. The latest revision covers not only the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the EU, but also corresponding amendments to the sectoral financial rules contained in 15 legislative acts on multiannual programmes. The day after, it will discuss the voting rights of British citizens prior to and following Brexit, based on petitions dealing with the denial of national voting rights to UK citizens living abroad, and the exclusion of British expatriates from the vote on UK EU membership.
