Hog & Rocks closes as the Mission continues to change
 
When it opened nearly a decade ago, Hog & Rocks marked the beginning of a shift on 19th Street, which is now home to cocktail bars and tasting menus. It closes this weekend, as Scott Youkilis is selling the place to ex-Locanda chef Anthony Strong, marking one more change for the area.
