President Trump's approval rating sits at 51 percent—"according to Rasmussen, Obama was at 46 percent on April 4 of 2010, the second year of his presidency," Breitbart reports.

FDA Commissioner Calls on Internet Providers to Help Police Opioid Offerings

Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Scott Gottlieb has "called on Internet providers to help rid the Web of illegal offers of prescription opioids and illicit drugs such as fentanyl that have contributed to the nation's drug crisis," Lenny Bernstein and Elizabeth Dwoskin of The Washington Post write. Internet companies need to do more to find and remove such listings, Commissioner Gottlieb said.

"Let me be clear as well: we will not accept the lawlessness of these types of efforts," Attorney General Sessions said.

The three major Wall Street market indexes closed higher on Wednesday as the White House explained its position on trade with China. New National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow said the Trump Administration is in a "negotiation" with China over tariffs and other issues, not a trade war.
