U.S. ECONOMY NOTCHES SOLID 3% GROWTH, DESPITE HURRICANES
Josh Mitchell at the Wall Street Journal reports the "U.S. economy posted its best six-month stretch of growth in three years despite two hurricanes." GDP growth in the third quarter bested analyst estimates and was the first time since mid 2004 when "the economy strung together two quarters of at least 3% growth."

Kennedy, despite a recent delay.
