Breaking: After a previous deal to sell the company fell through, The Weinstein Company officially files for bankruptcy

Notably, the board also said it would release any non-disclosure agreements enacted by beleaguered co-founder Harvey Weinstein. The move to file for bankruptcy comes after a previous deal to sell the company fell through on March 6.
