  President tweets that investigation will examine "those registered to vote in two states, those who are illegal and even, those registered to vote who are dead (and many for a long time)." He added: "Depending on results, we will strengthen up voting procedures!" White House spokesman Sean Spicer said Tuesday that Trump continues to have concerns that 3 million to 5 million people voted illegally in last year's elections, though observers, including Republican leaders, say there is no evidence for such a belief.
