Among the stories leading our website this morning: after Donald Trump signed his anti-abortion executive order that will put millions of women's lives at risk around the world, the Netherlands plans to set up an international safe abortion fund to plug the $600m funding gap caused by Trump's reinstatement of the "global gag rule". The Dutch international development minister says up to 20 countries have indicated support for the plan.
