The area around the Louvre Museum in Paris was blocked off Friday after a soldier shot a man wielding a knife, according to local media reports. 'Le Monde' reported that the incident happened at the Carrousel du Louvre, an underground shopping center near the entrance to the world-famous museum. Prime Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said the attack was "obviously terrorist," the news outlet France 3 Paris reported. France is on high alert after a series of recent terror attacks.
