Nasa's Saturn explorer to self-destruct after 20 years

Good morning, and welcome to the Morning Mail.

Among the stories on our website this morning: after 22 orbits between Saturn and its rings, Nasa plans for the Cassini spacecraft to "break apart, melt, vaporize and become part of the very planet it left Earth to explore". Cassini will end its 20-year journey with humanity's closes ever look at what goes on in Saturn's rings and within its clouds.
