Celebrating Father’s Day 2017

Join Global Health on Follow Global Health on This Father's Day, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) celebrates the critical role that fathers play in influencing and supporting the wellbeing of families. Men are often the primary decision-makers in many of the countries where USAID works and can positively affect the health, education and economic status of their families.   USAID works to break down traditional perceptions of gender roles by educating both men and women about the importance of seeking life-saving care and pursuing an education. Supportive fathers serve as role models for their communities.   Thank you for the role you play in keeping families healthy and helping communities thrive.
