| The Arizona Republican announced Friday that he cannot vote for the last-gasp Obamacare repeal bill that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., is planning to bring to the floor next week. "I believe we could do better working together, Republicans and Democrats, and have not yet really tried," McCain said. McCain was the deciding vote in July, casting the "no" vote that scuttled a narrow Obamacare repeal bill that McConnell had offered. With Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., saying he is opposed to the Graham-Cassidy bill and Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, "leaning no," it appears Republicans do not have the 50 votes needed to pass it.
