| The Air Force failed to flag Devin Kelley as banned from buying the weapons he used to kill 26 people and wound 20 more worshipers at a South Texas church on Sunday, government officials and the Air Force's former top prosecutor told USA TODAY on Monday. The Air Force failed to enter the conviction in the National Crime Information Center database, which would have helped to keep Kelley from buying a gun.
