Breaking: Boys are the silent victims of sex trafficking, according to anti-trafficking organizations

  Boys are exploited in the commercial sex trade far more often than is acknowledged by anti-trafficking organizations, law enforcement and the news media. In 2016, a Department of Justice-commissioned study, found that boys make up about 36% of children caught up in the U.S. sex industry.
